Lisa Chandler is a professional certified coach with a passion for coaching high-aspiration professionals and leaders to create the business and life they want most. Whether for career-path planning, leadership, management effectiveness, or work-life balance, Lisa’s coaching approach is grounded in the co-active coaching model, which engages the client in finding their own answers with the support of a skilled coach.
Formerly director of sales for a pharmaceutical marketing agency, Lisa’s career has spanned health systems planning, project management, health-care administration, human resources management, marketing, and consultative sales. She has an extensive knowledge of the health-care and pharmaceutical industries.
Lisa is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by The Coach Training Institute and is also certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) in community development/ adult education from the University of Guelph.

DARLENE LEGREE
Darlene has over 25 years of diverse experience in long term care, from direct care provider, registered nurse, to management and staff education positions. With additional education in Nursing Informatics and MDS, as well as being a Nurse Classifier with the Ontario Ministry of Health, and receiving her Gerontology Certification from the CNA, Darlene provides training and consulting in clinical, documentation, leadership and organizational practices. Darlene sits on the board of Gerontological Nursing Association of Ontario, and is currently working on her degree in adult education.
Ron Martyn combines over 30 years of managerial, recreation and training experience in the long term care field, with a Masters degree in gerontology. He has served as an administrator in long term care, recreationist in facility and community-based settings, and faculty member, program coordinator and department chairperson in the College system. Highly acclaimed as a dynamic presenter, Ron focuses on leadership development, team-building, activity program enhancement and organizational effectiveness.
